You should have proper equipments in your gym, search for best gym in your budget it can be few mile far so you can go by walking.
Gym should have proper fitness trainer who can guide you will you train in the gym.
Must check that gym is clean always and whenever you train equipments should be clean and ever seat is clean i.e it doesn’t have any sweat on it.
Set your goal according to you, it needs lots of money.
Important Things while Going In Gym
1. You should carry a bag with you.
2. You should have a supporter with you. (must while doing legs and heavy lift)
3. You should have water with you. (1-2liter)
4. You should have a belt if you train hard and lift heavy. ( must when doing legs)
5. You should carry a towel with you always
6. Carry gloves with you (optional)
7. Wrist band ( If you lift heavy)
8. Knee supporter ( If you lift heavy)
